Aussie Meat Pie

INGREDIENTS
1 chopped onion
500g of minced beef
1 cup of water
2 beef stock cubes
1/4 cup of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
A little bit of salt and pepper
3 tablespoons of flour
1 sheet of shortcrust pastry
1 sheeet of puff astry
1 egg


DIRECTIONS
Cook the meat and onion. Add 3/4 cup of water, some stock cubes, sauces and seasonings. Wait until it boils and then simmer for 15 minutes.

Blend the flour with the remaining water and then add it to the meat. Wait until it boils and then simmer for 5 minutes. 

Line a pie plate with the shortcrust pasty. Put the cooled meat mixture. Top with some puff pastry, pressing down to seal the edges. Trim and glaze with egg.

Finally, bake at 230C for 15 minutes thn reduce the heat to 190C and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
